Returns & Refunds
Since customer satisfaction is very important to us, we now offer returns on all our products! To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer has 7 days from the time they received their product(s) to notify us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, our team will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether or not your refund was approved.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment – within 3 to 5 business days.
If there is an error, or the customer receives not what they had originally ordered, we may be able to replace their order for free.
To be eligible to receive a replacement, the customer has to notify us within 7 days from the time they received their product & show us proof of purchase.
We are not obliged to give a replacement if the customer enters their shipping information incorrectly. We encourage you to double check your address and personal information – before placing your order. In the worse case scenario, we can change your shipping information, but you must notify us within 24 hours.
If you ordered the wrong product or phone model, our policy remains the same. You may cancel or change your order information, but you must notify us within 24 hours. Once a product has already been shipped, we cannot change the information on it.
